CX plays such a prominent part in our
name, let’s take a look at what is CX and
why is it important enough to be right
upfront in our name.
Customer Experience, commonly abbreviated
to CX, refers to the customer’s entire journey
with an organisation. Beyond just a single
transaction (often referred to as a touchpoint)
– it’s the experiences our customers go
through when doing business with us – from
research, to purchasing through to customer
support - over time and across different
channels.
Importantly – a CX-focused approach looks at
these interactions from the perspective of the
customer, not the business. This is what
differentiates CX-focused companies from
their competitors.
