Text for Speaking Practice

There are three bedrooms in our house,

the first is the main bedroom which is used

by my parents, then there is a room for

guests, and the last is the room that I share

with my sister. Because this room is shared

with my sister, the mattress in our room is a

bunk bed. I chose to sleep on the bottom

mattress, while my sister on the top mattress.

In addition to the mattress, in our room there

is also a cupboard that contains our clothes.

But in our room there is no desk that we use

for studying, because our study room is

separated from the bedroom. We often do

various things in the room, such as reading

books, because in the room there is also a

small bookcase that contains various of our

favorite books.
