Terms & Conditions
All services and products supplied by Premier Image Services Ltd ("the Company") to Venture Studio customers are governed by the following general terms and conditions, which
cancel out any previous terms and conditions of business.

All Orders are accepted on the understanding that Venture Studio Customers accept these terms and conditions.
The risk in products (the "goods") the company supplies shall pass to the Venture Studio customers on delivery. Title to the goods shall
not pass to the Venture Studio customers until the Company has received payment in full (in cash or cleared funds) for:
* the Goods; and
* all other sums which are, or which become, due to the Company by Venture Studio customers.
Until title to the Goods has passed to the Venture Studio, the Venture Studio shall hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the
Company's bailee but may resell or use the Goods in the ordinary course of its business."

Credit Accounts
All accounts are to be paid by direct debit, which will be collected after 30 days.
Where payment is not made on time, the Company reserves the right to charge interest as indicated in your franchisee agreement until the debt is cleared.

Prices

The price payable by the Venture Studio will be in accordance with the Company price ruling at the time of acceptance of the order. The company reserves the right to alter the
prices without notice.

Copyright

It is the Venture Studios responsibility to ensure that all material presented to the Company for processing is free from any third party claim of copyright.

Trades Description Act
The sizes of Frames/Prints in the price list are approximate only and may be over or under the quoted nominal size.

Product Warranty
All products produced by Premier Image Ltd, for Venture Studios, have a three year ( Electrical/USB items One Year)no quibble guarentee.
If your product is faulty or damaged and if Premier Image Ltd agrees that it cannot be repaired, we will replace the product free of charge with a duplicate product.

If the product has been discountinued, we have the right to replace it with a similar product design.

Delivery
All orders will be despatched by a suitable carrier or delivery system at the discretion of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages/delay of delivered material unless notified by the studio within 24 hours of delivery.

Liability
All reasonable care is taken with studio material sent to the Company for processing or printing.
The Company`s liability for service failure loss of, or damage to photographic processing or printing shall be limited to a refund of the company's charges for processing or printing
and their replacement with unused material.

Insurance
Where the value of an order/service or material sent for processing is valued at more than the Company liability, it is advised that the Venture studio effects their own insurance
