Advice of dispatch
o It has three principal objectives
A) to acknowledge haven´t received an order
B) Thanks, to the person for choosing your company and the
confidence and good will displayed by ordering the merchandise
from you.
C) try to make more sales in the future.

A) appreciation
B) cordial
C) helpful
o Other considerations:
There are various possibilities of what could be included in the
second paragraph
1.- Temporarily out of stock: when the seller receives an order for
articles that are not in stock, he should thank the person for his
order and try to persuade him to wait, if it is convenient.
2.- confirm an order: this case arises when the client upon places
his order, was not clear or specific enough in ordering the items,
the customer is always right, and we should always do our best to
keep him happy.
3.- discontinued: (either the manufacture of an article or service)
this doesn´t happen very often, but when it does it is world while
to handle it pact fully if you don't want to lose a customer.
4.- shipping information: this is the most common answer to an order
letter. It is enough to be courteous and try to make another sale.
5.- limiting the credit: this is a delicate matter because even
though it is negative, it is necessary to try to maintain the good
will of our client.
