If any of your flight time changes, it is your responsibility to let us know that it

changed or was delayed. You can call/text 407-750-8686

Away We Go does track arrival time, but text if there is a delay, cancellation or

flight number change.

We have listed your flight arrival time--we will track the arriving flight and allow
time for you to collect your bags. When you arrive, please take your bags to
ground transportation level 1 to meet the driver.

• The driver will likely text you about 10 minutes before pick up time, but if not
feel free to text the driver

• For airport pick ups, please collect your luggage and report to ground
transportation to meet the driver

• You can text your driver when you land at 407-750-8686.

Gratuities are included in the price you paid. However, should you feel the

drivers did an exceptional job, additional gratuities can be made directly to the
driver in cash or by Venmo.
