MINORS TRAVELING WITHOUT PARENTS FORM

PLEASE READ!
It would be a good idea to complete this form since the kids are

staying in the same room with the grandparents.

While parents are also traveling on the same cruise, it gives the

grandparents permission to make decisions for the kids while on the

cruise. In the event there is question about who is making a

decision for the kids it’s just a good idea.

With parents traveling with kids, you probably do not need to get it
notarized but it’s o.k. if you do too.

I called Royal Caribbean and they strongly suggested the form be

completed – of course, that is usual protocol so they recommend it.
