some history of the port.

Free to do once you get there (usually by cab)
• Playa Mia Grand Beach Park: A large beach with a water park, adventure circuit,
food, and bars
• Playa Palancar Cozumel Beach Club: A quieter beach with a variety of activities
• Playa "El Cielo": A beach with clear water and lots of sea creatures, which is good
for learning about underwater photography
Great snorkeling, if interested, book an excursion.
Not a super walkable port, but you can get cabs to take you to beaches, restaurants, etc.
Ask at a guest desk on the ship what they recommend that relates to your interests.
