BARRISTERS
Using this Guide
In approaching Barristers to be included in this guide we were
careful to select only those we know have experience of handling
catastrophic injury claims and, in particular, claims involving a
spinal cord injury. Some will be well-known to you, others may be
less well-known but have been working as Juniors under the
guidance of a Queen’s Counsel barrister and have been able to
show us they have valuable relevant and recent experience of this
type of claim.
We have asked about each barrister’s experience, level of
professional indemnity insurance, relevant cases and membership
of professional organisations and we are confident in presenting
you with a choice from the list that follows.
The listings are alphabetical. The Chambers’ entries are followed
by an A – Z of individual barristers and their specialisms. You can
refer back to the Chambers’ details for contact information.
Guide to symbols
The information given about the Chambers and their individual
barristers relates, in the main, to their work in spinal cord injury
cases and with paraplegic and tetraplegic individuals. Many of the
sets have vast experience in other areas of the law.
You will see a series of symbols on each Chambers’ directory
entry page. These indicate:
Geographical area Car parking for disabled
covered drivers
Wheelchair Video link facilities for
access to the meetings & discussion
building
An accessible
