Steve Killalea QC specialises in catastrophic spinal cord injuries of the utmost severity.
The majority of instructions in recent years have been cases of tetraplegia, often
involving young claimants. Powerful forensic skills and experience are combined with the
crucial need for the interpersonal skills required to deal with these life-changing injuries,
not only for the claimant, but also the family. Involved at an early stage, visits to the
claimant in their spinal injuries centre or at home are an integral part of Steve’s
approach. Increasingly he is instructed in cases where people have been injured abroad.
