Located in Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia. Koh Rong is about 20 kilometers off the
coast of Sihanoukville in the Gulf of Thailand. The island has a total area of approximately
78 km2 and 43 km of beaches, and is famous for its serene beauty with its magnificent
view and often described as an ‘island paradise’ by visiting tourists, the island boasts
pristine white sandy beaches, warm crystal-clear ocean waters, and a hot tropical
climate.

The Royal Group has been granted a Loan+99 years lease over the island. Moreover,
master plan for the development has fully approved by the government, and there will
be duty free and casino license. The Royal Group is now constructing an airport which
will connect varied international flights as well as to bring local and international tourists
and investors to discover this wonderful island.
