Because you take these two drugs on an as-needed basis, I
doubled the refill schedules from one months to two months.
With omeprazole, for instance, the usual refill frequency for a
30-tablet supply is once a month, and I adjusted that to a refill
frequency of every two months (one pill every other day).
For lorazepam, the usual refill frequency is a monthly refill of
90 tablets, and I extended that to two months. You can, of
course, refill these medications as often as you like -- by
adjusting the refill frequency, I was trying to get a more
accurate estimate of what you will actually pay.
