50th Anniversary and Legacy of Bro. Dr. Thomas Penn (Golden Jubilee)

and Tennessee, as well as at Duke, George
Washington, Harvard, and Yale universities,
and at MIT.
He served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
during the Korean War. Immediately upon
release from active duty, Brother Dr. Penn
joined the faculty at the Engineer School, Fort
Belvoir, Virginia. With 39 years of service, his
federal career ended as Acting Director of
what is now the Bolger Leadership Center,
Brothers, on behalf of the My Brother’s Keeper Potomac, Maryland.
