The labour cost is usually always the greatest proportion of the cost of service delivery budget, therefore the attitude, motivation, skills and productivity of our individuals and teams has
a major impact on our ability to compete and retain client contracts.
We believe that the catering service at 100 Liverpool Street should be led by a Hospitality Catering Manager with good culinary experience. Whilst there may not be a demand for guest hospitality catering every day, there has to be staff who know how to procure, prepare and present a hospitality offer that reflects very positively on BMO when visitor hospitality requests are made.
There is a great deal of compliance and statutory requirements in the provision of catering services.
We take a great deal of care and attention to finding and keeping talented people who we empower to deliver for our clients and in the process enjoy good working conditions and
a flexible approach to their personal circumstances. The catering team at 100 Liverpool Street will be exclusively for BMO alone and will not be used
in any other locations. Because we are a team committed to a common effort representing Bank of Montreal, we have developed a digital platform to allow all members of our team access to all
the necessary information that they will need to perform to their optimum ability. Our team values require that we:
