OUR FINANCIALS
The financial forecast shown below are our best estimate at this time. It is well documented that there is now strong inflationary pressures in the economy and inflations rates will be rising faster than any time in the last 15 years or so. We will always be proactive to ensure that we can minimize cost increases and be flexible to be cost effective and control costs without impacting quality and service standards.
Our financial forecast for the operational budget does make assumptions on consumption levels. The take up of staff hot beverages is determined by the actual staff numbers on site and the average consumption levels, which historically is circa
3 drinks per employee per day. We guarantee that the ingredient costs will be the best net prices.
The staff budget is our estimate of the core staffing at this point in time. We have assumed one service manager, 1 full time and 1 part time catering/ hospitality assistant. As you will have seen in the media there are challenges recruiting experienced catering staff in London at this time so we need to offer competitive wage rates to attract and retain
a competent, motivated team.
We have highlighted the anticipated operating expenses to give you a measure of the expected operating expenses. We will be very happy to discuss these costs to ensure we have captured your anticipated service level requirements.
