PROCUREMENT
We pay close attention to ensure that we source the best ingredients and equipment that optimise quality, sustainability and value. We do not use our procurement function to generate hidden income streams. We will endeavour to obtain the best NET purchase prices for BMO at all times. By closely monitoring our supply chain and being free from hidden retainers etc. we can be very adaptable and able to source the optimum outcome. Quality ingredients are essential in delivering quality catering experiences.
We maintain close working relationships with our suppliers and we treat them as partners. Please note that currently there are a number of issues which are causing problems across the supply chain and we are doing our very best to overcome these challenges.
Our suppliers wish to highlight to you that time is of the essence to ensure that the capital equipment requirements for the new office, to ensure that everything is ready for December 2021 entry date.
CUSTOMER FOCUSED SERVICE
We will develop hospitality menus that can be delivered on site by our core team. Whilst the kitchen area is compact we are confident that
we can develop attractive seasonal menus to cater for the majority of hospitality requirements.
We will monitor consumption levels in the vending and aim to offer choices which best reflect the preferences of the BMO staff. Vending tariffs will be agreed with BMO from the outset.
