  INTRODUCTION
Dear Ayla
Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for the reintroduction of Executive and Guest Hospitality to Exchange House. We have
a very good understanding of your expectations of hospitality and entertaining service quality. Our goal will be to reestablish a top quality, client focused catering service that offer excellent value and
a bespoke service delivery.
This financial proposal is a mirror of the historical cost structure and we have modified some elements of consumption to reflect the readjustment back
to historic working practices etc. As you know we are transparent in our financial reporting, and this financial forecast is our best estimate and should the actual costs be lower then you will be only billed for actual usage/consumption.
The previous staffing structure prior to the shutdown was 6.5 staff and this proposal is for 5.5 staff. I am recommending that the best model going forward to 2 chefs in the kitchen, Chef Manager and Chef.
If there is a desire to restart service as soon as possible then I will get one position filled immediately and the other in the near future.
I will arrange for all equipment to be checked and prepared for resumption of operations and also get the kitchen deep cleaned.
