This rate is fixed for 12 months. There will be an annual price increase in line with RPI%.
MINIMUM CLEANING BUDGET FORECAST
The minimum cleaning cost will be estimated at 20 hours per week to cater for the staff and public areas.
This will equate to a weekly cost of £325.00 - £16,900.00 per annum.
With regard to the Hospitality Areas we can be flexible so that COSLA only incurs cleaning and set up charges as and when required. The Catering team will be tasked to be flexible so that any works that can be completed during their day service is done, thus avoiding additional cleaning costs to COSLA.
HISTORICAL CLEANING BUDGET FORECAST
The historical cleaning required 47.5 hours per week.
This will equate to a weekly cost of £771.87 - £40,137.00 per annum.

The costs shown above do not include toilet disposable, sanitary facilities, floor mats etc.
