Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for the cleaning contract for COSLA at Verity House, Edinburgh. We are very proud of our association with COSLA through the provision of our catering services. We believe that we have developed a good understanding of your ethos and requirements. We have prepared our response on the basis of the combined catering and cleaning service delivery. In doing so we firmly believe that we can deliver a bespoke service delivery to the highest standards of service and the lowest possible cost offer to COSLA by adopting a very flexible business model.
