Rolling Annual Contract
NOTICE PERIOD
Minimum of 3 months in writing prior to anniversary
FINANCIAL OFFER
£16.25 per hour for labour & equipment costs. Sundry expenditure for consumables etc. are billed in addition each month
NUMBER OF CONTRACTED HOURS PER WEEK
Totally flexible. Minimum of 20 hours to cover public areas and staff area on top floor
INSURANCE COVER
£5m insurance cover for Public and Employers Liability
PAYMENT TERMS
21 days after receipt of invoice = 35 days after month end
KEY PERSONNEL
We have the key staff currently in place to start at COSLA
OPERATIONS
We use best in class equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning methods and processes
