To achieve our vision for COSLA we invest
in our people, our cleaning equipment and cleaning methods, and in technologies that enhance performance and measurement. We
will demonstrate that this extra investment will generate greater quality cleaning outcomes and improved productivity. The investment is therefore recovered in improved qualitative and quantitative outcomes that we measure. Customer satisfaction and wellbeing is our key objective and we promise to deliver this.
We will constantly strive to meet and exceed the expectations of the people we serve at COSLA,
we will do this in the most cost effective manner by being totally flexible to respond to COSLA’s business model. We will inter-link our catering and cleaning services so that we achieve the highest output in service quality and value for money to COSLA.
Our flexible charging model will ensure COSLA achieve the best value for money.
We aim to be recognised by COSLA as a trustworthy, customer focused soft services partner. We will establish and maintain a long-term business relationship by exceeding COSLA’s expectations in service levels, quality of delivery and value
