Following the irregular contour of the property, a large diagonal wall was placed on the first floor to break the orthogonal shape of the overall layout, providing more space for a roomier studio and living area.
This angled wall generated an open space on the second floor, where a large balcony was located, connecting the upper bedrooms.
All service areas were placed on the roof terrace, near the staircase, leaving a vast open remaining space, with perfect views towards the wooded area located next to the property.
