This residence was composed to be more orderly structured, due to limita- tions in lot size.
The formality is soberly decorated with laminar additions which protect against direct sunlight.
Public areas on the basement and first floor are open and interconnected producing a more spacious feeling.
The main entrance is positioned halfway through the construction, offering the possibility to be used as a small lobby to access any part of the house.
On the second floor, three ample bedrooms are located, separated from public areas.
The property is not very big, but the rectangular layout helps to implement the more effective use of space, allowing more areas to fit conveniently.
