PROVIDED THAT:
this Provision shall not apply in respect of damage to:
1. any sec on of incomplete property which has been handed over for use by the Insured and has been sa sfactorily tested and commissioned;
2. exis ng insured property caused by a De ned Event not otherwise excluded by this Policy.
18. Warran es and endorsements
If cover is subject to a speci c warranty(ies) or requirement(s) or the premium was reduced as a result of receiving a discount for precau onary measures taken on any Sec on of this Policy and these measures are not in place, maintained and/or opera onal at the me of the loss or damage for which a claim is submi ed, the Company may reject the claim.
