Experience managing a team of 15+ in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed knowledge of performance KPIs and proven record of meeting and ex-
ceeding these targets in the past.
Ability to drive and communicate KPIs to a team.
Knowledge of working to financial budgets.
Experience rostering staff and planning a workday.
Experience ordering and planning stock.
Motivated and determined to succeed.
