WORK BASED LEARNING WORKSHOP
To help provide area businesses with an education opportunity, Hel- ena WINS will be a top sponsor of the Work Based Learning workshop on June 9th facilitated by Dr. Robert Shindell. Dr. Shindell discusses best practices in research, structure, and strategies to ensure the best experience for both employers and employees. Attendees will receive specific tools and a wealth of resources to make their work-based learning programs meaningful and relevant. This workshop encourages employers to tap into the young worker pipeline and implement actionable strategies that will make
them attractive to the next generation of workers. Those that attend will have the opportunity to earn six HRCI and SHRM professional development credits for their participation.
INVOLVEMENT IS CRUCIAL TO THE SUCCESS OF HELENA WINS AND WE WANT YOU TO BE A PART OF IT!
