    What sets your business/you apart from your competitors in the industry?
We started our company affiliating with only real estate licensees that held
a Broker’s license. This mean every associate at Big Sky Brokers had a minimum of 2 years’ experience int
eh business and a required number of closed transactions qualifying them
to obtain a Broker’s license. Knowing that a real estate purchase is one of the larges investments most people make, we wanted experienced, seasoned Brokers. These days several of our Broker’s have licensed assistants or team members
to aide them in providing an efficient, organized, professional transaction in our ever changing, busy real estate world.
What motivates your to succeed (or to have your business to succeed) at such a high level?
Our families and our community. Putting relationships first will bring success.
Why choose to business in Helena?
Most of us were born and raised in Helena. We are rooted in this community. It’s easy to sell others on something you truly love and we sell Helena every day.
What is the most important thing to you in running your business?
Maintaining the highest level of knowledge, ethics and integrity while providing great service to our clients. Knowing our business better than any of our competitors and striving to learn more each day so we can be the best at what we do.
How would you describe your business to a potential client?

Assisting Sellers and Buyers in the
purchase or sale of real estate. Marketing, negotiating, counseling and striving to provide the best experience and reaching the clients goals at the end of the transaction.
Tell us about a tough time for you/ your company and what you did to overcome it.
We have had the good fortune of living and working in a community that supports one another locally. When we opened our doors in December of 2000 we were 8 Brokers and we had 7 listings. We trusted and believed in our mission “because experience matters” and hoped for the best. 20 years later here we are and feeling very grateful.
