Tara heard about the League’s Pittie Party on FOX31 Denver, and she initially called the League about a speci c pup, but when she found out the dog wasn’t good with other animals, she learned about Dillon. And, that, as we say, was history.
With a name change to Ricotta or Rico for short, this playful pup is living the dream. Tara introduced Blue and Gouda to Rico slowly, and the three are now as happy as can be. Rico loves when the family goes to the creek, and he’s the rst one to jump into the water. He’s also the last one to come into the house and prefers to lie in the sun after some backyard playtime. Well, who doesn’t?? If there’s a Starbucks Puppachino in Rico’s daily activities, all the better!
“Rico is nothing but a little blessing,” said Tara. “Thank you for all you do.” We thank you, Tara, for giving Rico a loving home and family to be a part of. We know the third time’s a charm!
