Channel your inner artist, glass of wine in hand, as Artist Donna Martin teach-
es you how to create a painting on a canvas at The Grange. You’ll enjoy a fun
evening of painting and chatting while you all work towards making the same
painting with your friends and neighbors by your side. All supplies will be pro-
vided and each participant will leave with a piece of art to remember this fun
experience. The wine is included in your registration fee. Please bring your driver’s license to verify your age. Location: The Grange. Cost: $40 Meadows Resident / $45 non-Resident
Parent-Child Painting

Let’s have some fun and learn about Russian artist, Wassily Kandinsky! His paintings use color to show emotions rather than painting an object to look real. This concept is particularly intriguing to young children as they generally strive to make all their drawings look as real as possible. Introducing young children to Kandinsky’s abstract artwork encourages them to see that art is created many ways. Take a couple hours with your child and get creative together at The Grange. We’ve made it easy and convenient for you by having all of the supplies, subject and the snack all set, along with professional instruction. We will provide step-by-step instruction during the class so that each parent and child pair can follow along and make the same painting together. Paintings will be done on a 16x20 inch canvas and light refreshments will be served. Come create a memory with your child, all while they are learning about a famous artist and his work! Location: The Grange. Cost: $27 Meadows Resident / $32 non-Resident (per person) SPECIAL NOTE: The class is designed for parents/guardians to register and attend the class with their child/children. At least one parent/guardian needs to register and also attend the class. They will need to sit with their children to monitor them and assist them during the class. Multiple children can attend the class with each parent/guardian.

Join us in March for an Easter themed dinner. We will start with a cream of mush- room soup topped with basil and gorgonzola cheese. The entrée will be patty shells lled with chicken and a mushroom béchamel sauce. The side will be a vegetable mix sautéed in a shallots, garlic and herb butter. The dessert will feature a French lemon tart. Location: The Grange. Cost: $29 Meadows Resident / $34 non-Resident
