Restaurant since this popular chain can be found in
most metropolitan areas, airports, malls, etc. Well,

Some items on their menu include build-your-own wraps and salads, as well as house-made sauces and garnishes, orange chicken wrap with spicy sambal and green papaya slaw. To give you an idea of what the new restaurant will look like and what food items which will be o ered on their innovative menu, here is their website: pandaexpress.com/pandasfuture
Additional Development at the Promenade:
As the Promenade at Castle Rock moves toward completion, locals are weighing its convenience versus necessity, Town o cials are watching its revenue generation and job creation, and developers are steaming ahead with construction. Based on the amount of square footage either built or committed (684,000), compared to the amount the 166 acres are zoned for, the Promenade is roughly 80 percent complete. O cials from the Alberta Group stated that there’s discussion with a hotel that may locate near the Sam’s Club. Other areas of the development have yet to begin construction or nd businesses interested in taking the space, which can in uence what type of buildings are built. There is ongoing negotiations with Alberta and corporations to attract more retail into the Promenade. In total, roughly 60 businesses have opened at the site as of April 2020. Time will tell what “added value” the Promenade brings to our community in the form of commerce, tax revenue, and jobs.
