Mothers and kids of all ages are invited to Mom Prom February 11 from 6-8pm at Douglas County Fairgrounds. The dance will have desserts, refreshments and wrist corsages included with ticket purchase. We will have a DJ and lots of decorations as well as crafts and games. The cost for this event is $25 per person. Register at right.

Colorado Bluebird Project Open House – Feb. 16
Bluebird boxes are located throughout Castle Rock. Volunteers of all ages are needed to monitor them. Come to the Informational Open House, Thurs., February 16 from 7 to 8 p.m. at The Millhouse at Philip S. Miller Park, 1381 W. Plum Creek Parkway.

Time to get your GREEN-ON at the premier Irish Celebration, the ShamROCK Stampede Sat., March 18 at the Douglas County Events Center including a 10k and 5k, FREE Kid’s 1k, Back to Health Expo and FREE Public Concert. Our mission is to elevate the celebration of St. Paddy’s Day with a family friendly Walk/ Run and Irish-themed festival to increase awareness and raise funds for organizations that help our veterans,  rst responders, and others break free from PTSD and mental illness. All proceeds bene t the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Live Free Association, and the Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation. > See ad at right.
