Popcorn Bliss
Located just west of Whole Foods at The Promenade is a relatively new
storefront called Popcorn Bliss. This is a family owned and operated
business, selling gourmet popcorn and sweet treats. They make hand
crafted gourmet popcorn fresh everyday and sell ne chocolates, cotton

Provisions Cocktail Bar:
Very soon, Castle Rock will be getting a new watering hole and swanky place
for residents and visitors to hang out. Construction is 80 percent complete
and the owners plan to open soon. The concept of Provisions is to bring an
upscale craft cocktail experience and speakeasy room to downtown Castle
Rock. Located on the historic 300 Block of Wilcox, the purveyors of Provisions
plan to bring an elegant and intimate space to relax, enjoy and drink, listen to
friends and co-workers, and create memories for customers. Once opened, this restaurant will employ 11-50 employees and have a positive economic impact for Castle Rock.
In-N-Out Burger Castle Rock:
The newest In-N-Out Burger location is being built at on the west side of the Castle Rock Factory Outlets. Corporate o cials estimate that once construction begins, the typical time it takes to build and then open a new In-N-Out store is approximately 5-6months. Sincethesiteisalreadyunderway,thenCastle Rock residents should be driving through their new In-N-Out sometime in August or September!
Castle Rock Indoor Car Storage
Located on 2.93 acres adjacent to the I-25 Frontage Road in the Your Storage Center Annex, construction has begun to build a 23,800 square foot structure for climate controlled indoor car storage. This two-story storage facility will have controlled access year around. It will be a great option for car enthusiasts who want to store their vehicles short or long-term in a place that is out of the weather, safe and insured.
