Holiday Light Show at PSM Park – December 3–19
Thursdays through Saturdays, drive through or take a walk through Philip S. Miller Park and enjoy holiday decorations to the already beautifully lit park. A food truck serving goodies and hot chocolate will be available to complete a night of family photo ops and a celebration of socially distanced community spirit and good cheer. Details here.

Holiday Drive-In Movies – December 5 & 12
Spend a much needed fun night out while enjoying the nostalgia of a drive-in movie. Watch the hilarious National Lampoon’ s Christmas V acation* Sat., December 5. Or, get to know the beloved Buddy the Elf on a 30-foot screen in Elf Sat., December 12. There will be food trucks available. Buddy the Elf and The Grinch will be running around to take pics with and entertain the kids. The event is free, but does require preregistration due to limited capacity. *National Lampoon’ s Christmas V acation is rated PG-13 for occasional profanity. Elf is rated PG for mild rude humor and language.
Bidding for Giving Silent Auction – through Dec. 13 Castle Rock Senior Activity Center’s annual Holiday “Bidding For Giving” Silent Auction will be available from 9am Dec. 1 through 7pm Dec. 13 at > www.aesbid.org/ bidforgood. You won’t want to miss shopping for great gift giving baskets, all in the spirit of providing more programs and services for our senior population. See page 11.

A Visit With Santa Holiday Event
Your Letters to the North Pole – thru December 15
Drop your letters to the North Pole at The Emporium, 200 Perry Street, any time between now and December 15. While you’re there take photos on our festively decorated front porch. The Emporium will then deliver the letters to the Post Of ce on December 16. See ad on page 10.
A Wreath on Every Veteran’s Grave – December 19
Wreaths Across America and American Heritage Girls Troop 8909 will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 880 E. Wolfens- berger Rd., at 10 a.m. on Sat., December 19 to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s heroes and saying the name of each and every veteran aloud. Christmas Eve Jingle – December 24
At 6pm on Christmas Eve, help spread the Christmas Spirit and help Santa  y his sleigh by going outside and ringing a bell for 2 minutes. After a tough year, this will be an amazing memory for children and our Castle Rock community to add a bit of magic, hope, and togetherness. See the ad on page 8.
