Town Fireworks set for
Monday, July 4th
CRgov.com/Fireworks
It’s a tradition to celebrate Independence Day with reworks. So, turn your attention to Santa Fe Quarry Mesa for the Town’s annual reworks display. Similar to years past, reworks will shoot o at sundown (around 9:30 p.m.) from the butte located just south of The Meadows, above Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course.
The high- ying show will be about 15 minutes long. You’ll know the reworks are about to begin, because there will be a three-shot salute 5 minutes before the show starts, as well as about 1 minute prior to the show. There will be restrictions on air space over the launch site during the show, so drones will not be permitted
in the area.
The reworks will be visible throughout the Interstate 25 corridor, including from within Downtown Castle
Rock. If you’re local to Castle Rock, we recommend watching from your neighborhood if you can.
If you’re visiting us for the day or won’t be able to see the show from your house, see some of favorite loca-
tions and get more information on the views around town at the website above.
