Facilities
Samaritan has connected with devel-
opers to secure a pipeline of acute,
day clinic, stepdown and assisted living
facilities (1800 beds) for roll out over
the next 5 to 10 years.

The 7 facilities (249 beds) shown on the
map in orange will be commissioned in
the next 24 months. 4 of these facilities
are already built.
Our team
The Samaritan executive team and its network of experts and partners has a wide
range and depth of healthcare delivery and property development experience,
with a specific track record in the following key areas:
Medical facility design, commissioning, management and optimisation;
Information systems and informatics;
Medical scheme reimbursement arrangements and administration requirements;
Design and implementation of public private partnerships at public hospitals
Niche property development – with extensive experience in transitional zone
development, precinct rejuvenation, retirement estate development (including frail
care and assisted living solutions).
