Corn Bread

                                                                                 1 tin cream styled corn
                                                                                 2 cups of all-purpose self-raising flour
                                                                                 5 ml salt
                                                                                 3 large eggs





                                                                                 Preparation:

                                                                                 1. Pre heat oven to 180’C

                                                                                 2. Combine all the ingredients together with a spoon, do not over mix.
                                                                                 3. Bake in a greased bread pan for 50 minutes depending on your oven.

                                                                                 4. Enjoy warm or cold with butter and/or syrup/honey.
