Read carefully and provide copies to all personnel involved with set-up.
Failure to abide by these Rules will result in forfeiture of your right to exhibit.
Setup: Friday, February 22, 2019 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Vaughan Athletic Center, 2121 W Indian Trail, Aurora. (1 mile south of 88, then head east on Indian Trail)

EXHIBITORS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SET-UP. IF NOT FULLY PAID, SETUP WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
COME TO THE SHOW DESK IN THE HALL TO MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE VEHICLE LINE-UP.
All unloading/loading is done on the North side of lot, through the overhead door. To alleviate traffic, please unload
your product on to the dock, then park your vehicle in a spot on the North side of the lot prior to set up.
Inside overhead door size is 8’w x 10’ h.
Call our office NOW if you have a large exhibit (i.e. patio room, etc..) or vehicle as part of your display.
Display vehicles and large exhibits must arrive between 12:00 pm and 12:30 p.m. These exhibitors must move in
first, to avoid maneuvering around others, and they move out last. All other exhibitors should
arrive between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Be sure to arrive allowing enough time to complete your booth setup by
5:00 p.m. If you encounter problems on setup day with arriving before 3:30p, it is important that you notify us at
our mobile line on site at 630-361-2832 (Friday Set Up Hours 12-5pm)
Bring your own 2 and 4-wheel dollies with rubber wheels.
Storage for boxes and packing materials may not be available in the Hall. Contact our office in
advance of the show for details.
After off-loading, park in the Exhibitor Parking Lot. Trailers cannot be left at the site; they must be
brought back for the weekend. When bringing them in on Sunday, please park them in the back
circle, as directed by Home Show staff.
If you ordered electric, bring a 25’ extension cord & power strip. All power is dropped at the back of the booth.
