involved with set-up. Failure to abide by these Rules
will result in forfeiture of your right to exhibit.

EXHIBITORS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SET-UP.
IF NOT FULLY PAID, SETUP WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED. COME TO THE SHOW DESK IN THE HALL TO MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE VEHICLE LINE-UP.

All exhibits must fit through the WEST overhead door, measuring 82” in high and 60” in wide. Please park in a
parking spot to unload – do not block the overhead door. The Home Show staff will be onsite to deliver instructions.

All exhibitors should arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Be sure to arrive allowing enough time to complete
your booth setup by 5:00 p.m. If you encounter problems on setup day with arriving before 4:00, it is important
that you notify us at our mobile line on site at (Friday—Sunday Show Weekend) 630-863-3659.

After off-loading, park in the Exhibitor Parking Lot, on the North side of the building (in the strip mall parking, or for
Friday only - the WEST Sportplex lot). Do not leave trailers or trucks on site.

Bring your own 2 and 4-wheel dollies with rubber wheels.

If you ordered shared electric, bring a 3 prong, grounded 25’ extension cord and power strip.

Storage for boxes and packing materials may not be available in the Hall. Contact our office in advance of the show
