Read carefully and provide copies to all personnel involved with set-up. Failure to abide by these
Rules will result in forfeiture of your right to exhibit.

EXHIBITORS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SET-UP. IF NOT FULLY PAID, SETUP WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED. COME TO THE SHOW DESK IN THE HALL TO MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE
VEHICLE LINE-UP.

All other exhibitors should arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Be sure to arrive allowing
enough time to complete your booth setup by 5:00 p.m. If you encounter problems on setup day
with arriving before 3:30, it is important that you notify us at our mobile line on site at 630-863-
3659.

Call our office NOW if you have a large exhibit (i.e. patio room, etc..) or vehicle as part of your
display. Display vehicles and large exhibits must arrive between 12:00 pm and 1:00 p.m. These
exhibitors must move in first, to avoid maneuvering around others, and they move out last.

All displays must come in through the overhead door on the East side of the building.

Bring your own 2 and 4-wheel dollies with rubber wheels.

Storage for boxes and packing materials may not be available in the Hall. Contact our office in
advance of the show for details.

After off-loading, park behind the Prairie Events Center, away from the overhead door. Feel free to
leave trailers onsite for the weekend behind the Prairie Events Center (South Side), or the gravel lot.
