Read carefully and provide copies to all personnel in-
volved with set-up. Failure to abide by these Rules will
result in forfeiture of your right to exhibit.

Exhibitors Must Be Paid In Full To Set‐Up. If Not Fully Paid, Set‐Up
Will Not Be Permi ed. Come To The Show Desk In The Hall To Make
Payment Before Set Up. Balance Must Be Paid In Cashier’s Check,
Cash Or Money Order Form.

Dogs And Cats Must Have Proof Of Rabies Vaccina on On File With
Chicago Pet Show Before Booth Set Up. We Suggest Having Bordetella & Parvo Distemper Vaccina ons Up To Date As Well. We
Request One Handler Per Animal. Only 6’ Flat Leashes are permi ed, and must be handled by adults only. Please check in each
pet at exhibit check in Sat & Sun to get wristband.

Exhibitor check in on load in day is between 10:00 pm and 3:30 pm. Arrive on time according to this
schedule to minimize (not eliminate) delays. Late arrivals always result in delays for you, and others. If
you encounter problems on setup day with arriving before 3:30 p.m., it is important that you
notify us on our mobile line at 630-863-3659.

Please park in a parking spot for loading and unloading to avoid blocking the entry doors. There is an
overhead door to utilize if needed. And we will have a last minute touch up period from 8:30-9:30 Satur-
day morning, and 9am-9:30 Sunday morning. By 9:30am Sat & Sun your vehicle must be moved to the
exhibitor parking on the gravel lot.

Bring your own 2 and 4-wheel dollies with rubber wheels. After you set up please move vehicles to the
Exhibitor Parking/Gravel Lot . Water Vendors must supply their own hoses (or buckets) and get water
from janitor’s closet, bring at least 200’ of hose. Removal of water: If clear, dump outside in grass – No
dumping in drinking fountains or sinks. Please avoid dumping liquids in trash cans. Exhibitors are to
clean up their area and take trash to dumpster outside, before leaving. All cardboard and pallets should
be removed to the dumpster.
If you have electric bring two 25’ extension cords with strip outlets for your electrical needs. If
you require more electric please let us know so we can plan accordingly. You will also need mats
and VINYL TAPE ONLY(no duct tape, this leaves residue) to run cords across the aisle. Storage
for boxes and packing materials may not be available in the Hall. Please keep your booth neat. Store
containers under your skirted table or remove from booth area. Parking for exhibitors is on the West
side of the fairgrounds on the gravel lot. This will allow space for attendees to comfortably come into the
show.
