P. 62

The MSDC planning portal shows that this application was received by your office on 13 March 2019 and,
                                                                                             th
with commendable efficiency and an enthusiasm, validated and added to the portal the same day. The
validation date is important because it determines the consultation period which your notice states ends on
19 April 2019. However, recent correspondence on the portal shows that all of the documentation (ie
           th
necessary to conform with the for planning applications) had not been submitted. In fact, some
documentation seems still to be awaited.

I believe the consultation period should be extended by at least 10 days.

If I am right MSDC should advise all of the consultees of the correct closing date.

I also believe that a reference to the previous application should be shown under the heading
associated with the application and that two properties (ie the WH:EDF site and WH:LIC site)
        should be disclosed.

Please review and make the necessary adjustments and confirm that AWVC and residents will benefit from a
        new consultation meeting.

        Thank you

        Michael Comer
