Morning Mike,
Apologies, I am not sure if I saw the initial email dated 5^^ September, but as a parish council we have
submitted our response to MSDC and we now have to wait for their response. As you know, the notes from
a meeting between MSDC and the developer were published on the MSDC planning portal and various
points were raised which the developers have been asked to go away and reconsider. I have not been
advised formally of any decisions, but my understanding from those notes are that the design and number of
units is going to have to be reconsidered.
I am sure Cllr Belsey has told you all that it is known, but unfortunately we are only consultees and the
actual decisions lies with the planning authority.
I am sorry I cannot offer anything more concrete at this time.
