1.18 DP to formalize tabled option plans and get this back to SK for consideration
along with an updated elevational study within a week. DP happy to sit down
again with SK and Will Dorman to discuss the revised proposals.

1.19 SK to confirm Council’s position on new NPPF regarding offsetting of existing
floor area against affordable housing.

1.20 SK to consider an extension of time to allow scheme negotiations to continue.
