b) by 4pm on 25 September 2019 any request must be made to inspect the original of,  or to provide a copy of
       a disclosable document.

       c) any such request unless objected to must be complied with within 14 days of the request.

       d) by 4pm on  11  September 2019 each party must serve and file with the Court a list of issues relevant to the
       search for and disclosure of electronically stored documents, or must confirm there are no such issues, following
        Practice Direction 31B.

        Specific Disclosure

        e) The First Defendant shall disclose to the Claimant by 4pm on 11 September 2019 all applications, statements
        (including Forms E), affidavits, replies to questionnaire, position statements and skeleton arguments drafted and
        provided by her or on her behalf in  the  Family Proceedings which  took place  between  the  First  and  Second
        Defendants and concluded in or around June 2018.
        Financial Dispute Resolution Appointment


        4. This claim shall be listed for a Financial Dispute Resolution appointment before a District Judge on the first
        open date after 30th October 2019, with a time estimate of 1 hour. Hearing notice to follow.
        Evidence of fact


        5. Evidence of fact will be dealt with as follows:

        a) by 4pm on the date 6 weeks prior to the trial listed below all parties must serve on each other copies of the signed
        statements of themselves and of all witnesses on whom they intend to rely and all notices relating to evidence.

        b) Oral evidence will not be permitted at trial from a witness whose statement has not been served in accordance
        with this Order or has been served late, except with permission from the Court.

        c) Evidence of fact is limited to 3 witnesses on behalf of each party (not including the party themselves).


        6. No expert evidence is necessary.
        Trial


        7. The trial will be listed as follows:

        a) The Trial window is to be advised.

        b) The estimated length of trial is 3 days.

        c) By 4pm on 21 August 2019  the parties must file  with the Court their availability for  FDR, PTR  and trial,
        preferably agreed and with a nominated single point of contact. They will be notified of the time and place of trial.

        8. Pre-Trial Directions are as follows:

        a) There will be a pre-trial review 4 weeks before the trial window starts with a time estimate of 30 minutes.

        b) The pre-trial review will be conducted by telephone if the parties so agree, unless the Court Orders otherwise.
        The Claimant must make the relevant arrangements in accordance with Practice Direction 23A Civil Procedure
        Rules.

        c) At least 3 clear days before the pre-trial review the Claimant must file and send to the other party or parties
        preferably agreed and by email:
