I am writing in response to your letter dated 19 February regarding the above appeal.

A Council representative is not able to attend the proposed Hearing on 21 April 2020. Therefore the Local Planning
Authority will have to decline the offer of this date.

Alternative dates at present that the Councils representative would be available are as follows:

29th & 30th April;
6th & 7th May;
21 May
