Subject: RE: Help please
Dear Caroline,
Thanks for this.
I am sorry if I am breaching protocol but I need to know how it is that the AWNP Update Report of
September 2015 reproduces a Site Survey Report (Page 81) for the EOF site and shows a potential
housing capacity" of 50+" when the dear intention of the words that immediately follow this figure
are that development should be at a similar scale to Ashbourne Park. That scale is an absolute
maximum of 28 dwellings per hectare (DdHa): meaning a maximum of 22 mixed dwellings on the
EDF site.
What's more if you look at all the sites chosen for the SA, the average density per hectare is around
12 and the village just over 3DdHa. So why did a so out of scale and character figure of "50+" ever
get into the documentation?
Finally, the only evaluation I can find for the WH:LIC site (Site 14) is for the 0.08 hectares of the
Northern Car Park and not for the entire 0.4 hectare site. If I am right, how come the 0.4 hectares is
in the AWNP?
Kind regards
Mike Comer
