The 2016 consultation design discussed with MSDC for 90 dwellings and 105 parking spaces
had a population density of 214 people per hectare and a dwelling density of 107 per hectare.
All the above figures are provisional and subject to review on the receipt of better data.
However, the conclusions are believed to be accurate.
