The Diamond series roll laminate is a premium grade PET (polyester) ultra low-melt roll film formulated from
co-polymer resins for the wide format digital market. This transparent film which has UV inhibitors and a strong polyester THE AUTO-LAM IS AS EASY-TO-USE AS A PHOTOCOPIER!

content, has a melting temperature of 185 – 210°F (85 – 100°C). Diamond film’s low melting temperature allows for
adherence to inkjet media without the colour shifting that occurs with higher temperature melting point laminates. The Simply load 1 up to 200 documents into the automatic feeder and press the start button.

Diamond series film is available in gloss and matte finishes on 3" core. Each document is automatically fed into the laminator, laminated, trimmed to size
and stacked on the collection tray. Laminates document sizes of up to 13" x 19". Trim

HELPFUL HINT:
COPIER TABS
If your laminated piece comes out cloudy, the laminator’s heat is not high enough, or it is not warmed
up enough to thoroughly melt the adhesive. Thicker mil films or papers need hotter temperatures. If STAY ORGANIZED!
your laminator does not have an adjustable temperature control, slow down the machine. You might
also consider using a thinner laminating film. Use copier tabs to organize your information. Copier tabs have plain or laminated 1/2"
tab extension that can be printed on, creating a professional looking divider. Tabs can be
3-hole drilled. Available in 5th and 8th cut patterns, tabs can be ordered as straight or
reverse collated. 90# white index. 8 1/2" x 11" plus 1/2" tab.
