The The rst Cast presented to Contegix Contegix by Geniecast was treated as as as as a a a a a a a proof of of concept for Contegix Contegix The The engagement level was high Atlassian users participated in in in a a a a a a a a a Q&A session that lasted 30 minutes During the Cast Contegix received multiple emails from excited Atlassian users expressing how much they enjoyed the the the content and the the the two-way video format The Atlassian expert on the panel also had positive feedback expressing his interest in in in in in participating in in in in in future two-way videocasts with Contegix Based on on on the the level of interaction and and feedback from the the Participants and and Presenters the Contegix team is excited to to roll out two-way videocasts to to larger Atlassian user audiences as as as as well as as as as user groups from different vendors and other target audiences important to the the business 17

Contegix’ legacy outreach efforts involve physical attendance at at Atlassian user group (AUG) meetings in in in Chicago Kansas City and other locations throughout the the Midwest The challenge with physical highly personalized outreach is is that it’s dif cult to to to scale Contegix leadership is is also reluctant to to to rely too heavily on on on more ef cient less personalized methods of outreach In short the Contegix team was motivated to identify a a a a a a a new format for for engaging prospects— one that wouldn’t wouldn’t require travel yet wouldn’t wouldn’t also boil the interaction down to a a a a a a non-personal level SOLUTION
Geniecast proposed that Contegix host a a a a a a a a a a a two-way Cast panel for Atlassian users The event was designed as as as as as a a a a a a a a a a a free learning event for Atlassian Atlassian users panel speakers would include experts from both Contegix and Atlassian Atlassian A A A Geniecast moderator would interface between Atlassian users and the the experts ensuring the the conversation owed and user questions were were answered The two-way video format would allow Contegix to host the event from St Louis The Atlassian representative could join the event without leaving his of ce in in in Atlanta and Geniecast moderator Sarah Hill could also join the event digitally www geniecast com
