This was the catalyst forpeople pleasing, inability to say no, fear of rejection,and seeking validation from others, just to name afew.MotherhoodI am blessed to have 15 children %u2013 13 biological and 2stepchildren, with ALL SINGLE BIRTHS. Growing upas an only child made me passionate about having alarge family; however, as an only child, I did notunderstand the dynamic of putting my own oxygenmask on first. I was focused and driven on being agood mom, and that journey was accomplished atthe expense of my own health. I sacrificed sleep,personal time and development, businesses, trips,and dreams due to the belief that I could not haveboth.
