A ir. Ray Ad. Prichard, Chairman of the
Nominating Committee, reported that

they movea the nomination and election

of Mr. cJohn DeAdond to serve as
Chairman for the ensuing year. Ote was
elected by unanimous vote.

Before adjourning the meeting, A4r. Prichard
advised that the incoming Club member

would receive a set of specially created
glasses commemorating his affiliation

with the Past Presidents9Club.

(There being no further business to come
before the meeting, it was adjourned.
